We want everyone — including people using assistive technology or with different needs — to be able to use our website and reach our support. We are continually working to improve the experience for all our visitors.
What we do
We aim to follow recognised accessibility guidance (WCAG 2.1 AA) as we build and improve the site. This includes clear, readable text, sufficient colour contrast, descriptive links, and content that works with a keyboard.
Images that convey meaning include text alternatives, and the site is designed to adapt to phones, tablets and larger screens.
Assistive technology
The site is built to work with common assistive technologies such as screen readers and browser zoom. We respect your device's reduced-motion setting and turn off non-essential animation when it is enabled.
Languages
Many of the people we support are learning English. If you need information in another language or format, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Known limitations
Some third-party content or embedded material may not yet be fully accessible. Where we identify barriers, we work to fix them as quickly as we can.
Tell us what you need
