Who can access your services?
Anyone seeking safety — refugees, asylum seekers and their families — regardless of background or immigration status. Our services are free and confidential.
Do I need an appointment?
No. You're welcome to visit our weekly drop-in, though for classes and casework it helps to get in touch first so we can prepare.
How can I refer someone?
Partners and members of the public can refer through the contact form or by calling us. With the person's consent, we'll arrange a warm welcome.
Can I volunteer without experience?
Absolutely. Many of our roles need warmth and reliability more than experience — we provide training and support.
How is my donation used?
Every gift funds frontline support: ESOL classes, casework, wellbeing and emergency help. We're committed to transparency and impact.
